with a story to tell
Malakeh Jazmati’s journey is one of resilience, passion, and a deep connection to her Syrian heritage. Born in Syria, she developed her love for cooking at a young age, learning traditional recipes passed down through generations in her family. When the Syrian conflict forced her to flee to Germany in 2015, Malakeh brought with her not only memories of her homeland but also the flavors that define Syrian cuisine. Despite the challenges of starting over in a new country, she turned her passion for food into a means of survival and self-expression.
